Only thing good about this firm is cab facility. The 4.1 rating is because most of that is coming from facility management. THIS IS A WORST COMPANY WHEN IT COMES TO IT FINANCIAL WORKING PERIOD.

READ BEFORE JOINING - No care for employees. In the month where fog levels are high they force employees to come to office risking their life's for the work which can be done from home. - If you take leave then you have to compensate for that and no extra pay so virtually you don't get any leaves. - They trust their employees so much that you have tracker in your laptop counting away time. - Poor Managers. - Odd work hours + No incentives. 1. Work from home. 2. Good for female employees as all benifits and recognition will be considered for mostly female.

1. Favrotism in team by manager specially for female employees. 2. Hike is mostly around 2 to 3 percentage or sometimes no hike. 3. Can't get promotion if your colleagues are working here for morethan 10 years, what wever you will do, how much you have appreciation, nothing will count, all benifits will go to old employees and specially female employees. 4. Bangalore HR is pathetic. 5. If your nature is progressive and proactive then this is not the place for you, but if you don't have any expectation and happy to be stay with out recognition, then this is the place for those persons who can compromise their self respect. 6. Nothing just you have job to feed Engineering wise their team has knowledge about Ht and LT electrical distribution.

Company believes vendors are the key to success. They don't believe in their team they are just for name sake. Only a guy who has engineering degree but has zero knowledge of engineering can survive here. There you will see lots of people here. If a guy who is engineer thinks that iw will make a career mr or ms i carrier is finished just you will overview things nothing else. Senior management should observe the action of below staff.. in 2.5 years noone promote and very less appraisal.. if Manager is narrow mind then no employee will get satisfaction and justice

This organisation does not give value to the on site employees as per my experience. They will not support you at all if the contract will not get renewed with the client or if the client does cost cutting from the various departments. JLL will just say you have 2 months of time so find your own way. HR's are not at all supportive they don't even know the process properly. Talent acquisition team is just worse. They will not receive your call at all when they come to know that the employee is going to loose their job. Management is not at all supportive. They will make you do everything for the whole year and during the time of appraisal they will start their drama. Talent acquisition team is so worse that after hiring from inside they will still keep the position open. Never ever try to apply job from their workday app because the opportunity which you will see it is open that is completely fake. You can see that there is position open in various job portals but the talent acquisition team is so lazy or so worse they will not give the chance to that employee who is loosing his job from client side because of cost cutting....Read More

There is very bad working atmospheres. There is no secure of jobs. Everyone is giving the open threat that don't come from tomorrow. There is using the abusing langauge.
