This organization is full of politics and upper management even don't bother about their employees. They do fake commitments and they threaten you every time to throw out from the company. Whatever good work or good initiative you do they don't give credits, rather, they take all credits themselve from the client.

Dislikes

The atmosphere and the appraisal policy is worse, if someone wants to reach manager level they have created 4 levels in executive levels so that person can not reach at a good level easily. Bad politics etc.

Need Your Valuable Advice.

Hello, 6 months ago, I switched from my previous job to my current one with a 40% salary hike. At that time, it seemed like a great opportunity, but now, I am seriously considering my decision. My previous job had, 1. A European MNC team with excellent support and work culture 2. Good Time for my family & personal life 3. Flexible timing & permanent work-from-home 4. 5 days working with proper work-life balance Now, in my current Indian company: 1. 12-hour workdays, with additional work on Saturdays (despite a 5-day work policy) 2. No proper training 3. Toxic work culture, where I get scolded daily due to a lack of training 4. Hardly any time for my kids and parents 5. Started my health issues My previous company is willing to take me back with a 10% hike on my last salary. Given the work-life balance, supportive environment, and long-term growth prospects I had there, I am thinking of returning. *It is not going to impact on my monthly expenses.* Would you recommend going back?
