To work with JLL is a good opportunity. I liked the Company's work culture, staff benefits, senior's guidance. I like the re- hire policy here. JLL always welcomes ex employees who wants to rejoin the company.

Dislikes

The most challenging situation comes across when an employee has to choose between his/her company and client. JLL wants that their employees should follow and cascade the company policies and work culture among its client but client wants to tailor made things as per their wish and for any senior at a level of Regional Manager and above it becomes very dicy to deal between the two liking.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
