Only because of site managers concient they retrenched to me, however I am a very old and faithful resource and I was perfect in my work and always do my work professionally but it's true I was not open to flattery, so site incharge suggest my name for retrenchment only because of this reason. And HR and higher management doesn'twork on it. But this decisions was not good in this situation for gratuity holder. Overall company is good but the major fault is no monitoring by higher Management at site. Only site is moving around the site incharge and he/she is treating as own company and everytime team is torture and getting threats for increment and bonus by him/her which are presenting very bad image in the market. While we all know JLL is a brand and employee doesn't expect this type of environment with in JLL. Because of that all last 3 points rating is very bad....Read More

Overall company is so good but because of partially and buttering, carrier growth and work satisfaction is so poor which leads to down the company reputation in the market. Suggestion : To make a excellent reputation in the market, need to one on one to top management on ground team, by this way company wil get the excellent ranking on all parameters. I am very glad with JLL but some individual is spoiling the working culture of JLL, because they like buttering and to the favour only for them who do that on the other hand they do down others who only in believe to grow the compny and work honestly.
