Its very employee friendly .Supports females and its believe in diversity .Supports employee to get transfer one location to another due to family commitment.

Dislikes

Some of the managers does misuse of their position since they come through the senior persons .They follow divide and rule policy reference people get more growth than the old employees .Managers do not value an individual unique strength .

JLL is a great platform to improve your work skills if you get the good team and a good manager in your work location.

Working in JLL was feeling like working a pendulum between client and the company because you can't use your own ideas in the work to do the things in a better and a proper way. The work pressure too was very high from both side from the client and from JLL.Managers do not value individuals unique strengths which is why I had to take back my suggestions most of the times. Growth is also very slow process in JLL. JLL do provide the coordinators with whom you can share your problems of the work culture but hey are never reachable. The worst thing is that they have 2 months notice period before leaving the job. Why the hell another company will wait for us for 2 months to hire us for better growth. My work was very exciting, it was for the food, catering and events, though I had the worst teammates to work with, whose target was to spoil my work anyhow.
