I have placed in Amazon as helpdesk executive(JLL payroll) under Mayuri Akula(Manager), weekly twice she will change our shifts and don't consider if the employee is unwell and if for small mistakes occurs she shouts in-front of everyone which repeats every week. She won't give respect to executives. have never seen a manager like this. If executive complaints on Manager, Management will not take any action and executive only will suffer. Manager don't allow us to take leaves whenever required and leave cannot be cashable. Notice period is not negotiable, if employee wants to move out they need to opt Buyback.
