JLL have been extremely employee oriented. WFH plan is always available 2 days a week and additional on request. The promotions here are always on time subject to the performance. With very minimal to almost no internal politics..the management is transparent.. have been associated with for 5 years and counting.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
