This organisation does not give value to the on site employees as per my experience. They will not support you at all if the contract will not get renewed with the client or if the client does cost cutting from the various departments. JLL will just say you have 2 months of time so find your own way. HR's are not at all supportive they don't even know the process properly. Talent acquisition team is just worse. They will not receive your call at all when they come to know that the employee is going to loose their job. Management is not at all supportive. They will make you do everything for the whole year and during the time of appraisal they will start their drama. Talent acquisition team is so worse that after hiring from inside they will still keep the position open. Never ever try to apply job from their workday app because the opportunity which you will see it is open that is completely fake. Salary increment will be based on your clients report about you out of. 95 out of 100 won't give good feedback. These people expect a baby on next day of marriage. Mental health will take a toll for sure. Client won't respect you. Design consultant won't respect you and Vendor won't respect you. Don't fall for the most ethical company tagline crap. It's all fake atleast for people like me.

I dislikes that Management Not treating as a engineer, Treating as a Client supervisor. because i worked as a PMC in JLL. Name is PMC but working as a client and vendor Mediator and supervisor. i felt very bad in JLL EXPERIENCE in my 24 years experience . All are Blindly working in field. Not thinking and asking the question : "Why ,what, when,where".

JLL handovers the site to Facility Manager. If he is a toxic manager, then the business may fail. JLL needs to check and validate the managers actions or works or POs. I never seen an auditor checks the manager activities. JLL depends on site Facility Manager for everything. the worklife balance or appraisals or promotions will be depends as per the facility manager.

You have to be on field on 2 wheelers and the regional Manager wants to boss you and kneel down for her failure. You have to Travel in this scorching heat and yet reply to all client mails. Each guy has 60 plus sites to manage.

Company believes vendors are the key to success. They don't believe in their team they are just for name sake. Only a guy who has engineering degree but has zero knowledge of engineering can survive here. There you will see lots of people here.
