It's one of the best place to work. Which gives priority to your skills and most important is very strict in ethics. Best place to grow. Every year they give good salary hike and bonus.

Since I work on site, my interaction with the company colleagues is minimal yet, They have always been very supportive and are always ready to help in anyways possible. Never had to worry about my job security. Appraisal are basically dependant on your reporting manager yet the margins given are on par with industry standards. Very supportive of giving necessary training and have there own self learning system which helps set your own pace at learning things and gaining required knowledge. Dislikes

Collaboration between on-site working team and corporate team could be improved. That way people working on site does not feel being away from the parent company and discuss about possible improvements and ask for needed support.

Workwise I literally had jump between roles to understand and learn the way JLL works and bring myself upto speed. Once I was there it's like a highway. Never had to worry about anything else. And I am happy that the team here is supportive to
