Nothing good, no work life balance, offices are open for Sunday's and also in holidays. If you qualify for incentive skims they delays the payment for 4-5 months so that employees who wants to leave the company will not take the incentives, even if you serve notice period they don't give incentives that you have cleared. Seniors or upper management never ask you or convince you for any thing they just give you orders, "chatne wala culture hai" HR will never discuss if you have any genuine issue....Read More
