Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is high. Sometimes, I have to work 18-20 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client in the field in the evening and sometimes late into the night. I do receive appreciation mails from my boss and seniors but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals. Also, there is no on job training for fresher for off roll employees, hence senior folks like me have to guide them stem by step, which is a pain sometimes....Read More
