Additionally, the company policies are very supportive and employee-friendly. No skill development for medical and paramedical staff. Medical department is the most neglected department of the organization and hence no promotions. Biasing is supported at all levels and people who butter their seniors are the ones with growth. Employees do not matter for the company.
