There appears to be a lack of collaboration between the Kam division and Retail division, and it seems they have no desire to interact with each other, suggesting a long-standing feud. In my opinion, it's essential for both divisions to work together as a cohesive team to achieve common goals."

Manager treats employee in very bad way ,he will even say abusive words if daily sales is not happening.Too much politics in jodhpur office. Favouritism on its peak in jodhpur office..Old employees bully new ones. Manager always threatened me that he will kick me out of this organisation...I had no job in hand and manager told me to resign. Never join here

No skill development for medical and paramedical staff. Medical department is the most neglected department of the organization and hence no promotions. Biasing is supported at all levels and people who butter their seniors are the ones with growth. Employees do not matter for the company.
