Company is good policies are also good , well structured. problems is brand recognition brand value is very less, so sales job is very very tuff here but company is not looking at that side , they need only sale

Dislikes

Problem is with company is their competitors they are selling putty @very low rate , can't compete them & another competitors Birla selling at higher rate because of high Branding , brand value, Brand recognition, proper dealer Motivation, scheme & benefit to retailers. But Jk is lack in everything.
