Now company policies have been changed, ineligible executive are placed on higher posts which have little or no knowledge of ground reality. Eligibile candidates have little scope for growth, very less hike is given in appraisal inspite of best performance by employee. All this started from1 year back after sever cost cutting and cost optimisation policy being adopted by company

Working environment and salary on time, some other benifits also provides like food phone bills, transportation which is excluded from CTC.

Work distribution all over departments is not proper and relevant, unrelevent work also in job role.

Company is good, infrastructure are good in plant, but management is very poor Unit head is not capable for discharge there duty, pure lala company no any qualification for higher posts if you want to time pass and take retirement You should join the company but there is no any learning environment, Just preparing training Callender, HR department is just for following orders, no any value of the any department only commerical department is valuable in the company...Read More

It's an very good experience at all as faced lot of up and downs from my age 26 to 37 ,it was a relly rich time to spend in organisation , so it's better in middle scale co.s to get learning,behaviour, culture and other parallel things. So ultimately it's an overall All is Well.. Thanks.

As per their current working culture proper HR Policy is totally disturbed as per interfere of irrelevant personnel's as they are fail to prove their systems of SAKSHAM as Growth to all equally and in ration of their efforts and contribution. Difference between top, upper , middle and junior level is being larger instead of give encourage and enhance in their overall growth as economically and other facilities and perks. There is no proper way of Trainning s for all staff equally. No proper induction and induction to new employees . Totally there is no proper communication, coordination and cooperation at all for hardworker, smart worker and analytical persons as environment is being created fr HR and others. Unit Heads are not well they are not keeping partiality and having special affection with only persons is fruitful directly to them. UHs are just working for there financial freedom and decreasing there level to even restriction and speaking for resign to innovative employes to keep their pockets on no load. They are working for outer vendors for their direct indirect favour. It's all above the things I faced in last 1 year at JK White, Katni from last 1 year.
