Dislikes

JK cement has a much change in their culture, company is much vigorous towards change in work culture. Worklife balance is disturbed and management places extreme pressures. Somewhere legacy of company is not that one. Rasignations rate at all level has increased to much higer.

Job is good but under extreme pressure. Much Struggling to start till I understood the complete functioning.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
