Work life balance because of plant is in my home town. Plant near City area arround 1 km The environment of the city was very good to live in.

Dislikes

All benefits are limited to higher excessive work pressure from superiors. The work at the ground level is not done that much but the work is exaggerated in the reports of higher officials so that they can benefit more. officials only.
