One thing i personally like about working at jk is that it gives opportunity to work in different department to new engineers so that they can figure out what they like and in which stream they wanna continue.

Dislikes

One thing i dislikes about working at jk is the appraisal system. They should give feedback to its employees so that they can work upon it.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
