The working culture is very bad here. If someone likes to work in the vegetable market, then he can work here.

Dislikes

There is no respect for the employee and his talent. Mentally harassment happens here.If you take a leave of 2-3 days, then they also stop your entire monthly salary. Some employees here talking profanely, sometimes these people even start abusing. You can't work with a free mind here. The project manager acts like Goth.

Teammates are supportive but the team management was so poor.

Dislikes

There is a lot of policies and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. In media section Reporting manager was so rude or worst ever in my life. He had given a lot of rubbish lectures which were not belongs/related to my job.

The cause they are having issues good to treat people with ayurvedic medicines which even works on some of the incurable diseases with no side effects

Dislikes

Incentive structure, incentive is based on the salary not on sales target, even they have two sided seniors one side is Doctor and the other one is AM for operations so it could be sometimes difficult to reach on a single point while making big decisions, even TM is working under AM too so... Even there is certain fix criteria's so the appraisal could be really slow as they have a fixed vision

You can reach higher management easily

Dislikes

No work life balance, high level politics, 6 days working in 9 hour shift.you can’t go even for tea breaks manager will call you immediately. Strict timings, leaves are negligible.they can put any allegation on you without getting any proof.
