Nothing to be liked in jiva because if you are a female then you are not safe in any way. Nobody is going to stand by you to defend you if you are innocent. Management only try to defend their management people and are least bothered about the backbone of jiva i.e. DOCTORS. If you raise your voice against anything wrong and by chance any management person is behind it then you can never get justice in any case. Nobody is going to console you or stand by you even if you work hard to achieve your targets which are company's targets. It is completely a call center job because doctors are never respected there and the treatment given to doctors make it realize that there is no growth for anyone who have good skills. Working with jiva might even prove to be very disgusting.

No work life balance, high level politics, 6 days working in 9 hour shift.you can’t go even for tea breaks manager will call you immediately. Strict timings, leaves are negligible.they can put any allegation on you without getting any proof.
