Bad environment, harassment, salary deducted, you have to do both service & sales. Mantally pressure created, no weekend off(only mention one day off). You have to work in weekend at work from home. No life balance. No limit duty hours. No extra income at OT. I believe that this company is totally worst. Job mismatch. There are lower lable all employee working like a donkey but upper management cant understand and harres their employees No time limit of work on daily basis and no extra paid in extra hours also they are do work to employees in national holiday like independance day Republic day Diwali Labour day and no extra payment If someone arecomplaint or says something they are fear of termination or etc Here is HR available but no HR policy applicable only business team handle all type cases they are say anything and make rules HR is applicable to all employee forcefully No goverment policy follow completely I have many more to say but I quite my words.
