Salary comes on time every month no matter what. I think leave policy is also good and leaves can be availed without too many approvals as is the case with other organisations. Flexible working hours and job security for some reason.

Dislikes

No vision for career growth of employees. Promotions are rare and very difficult for some reason for example many employees haven't been promoted from last 10 years and so. Also salary discrepancy exists at highest level as no slab system for salary is being followed by the company. Very process oriented and local HR team is reluctant to override these processes even if it means to loosing some of the key employees. No employee retention policy, they will happily let you go even if you have spend a life time there and are a core member of the team. Overall company does not present a good platform for budding employees however if you are very high in the hierarchy and get a senior manager role or above, then it might be the place for you. Less stress and slow pace environment will be good for someone who wants to settle down without caring much about the work culture and learning development. It's not all people but only few people who makes it worse and if those few are from Top Leadership team then It's gone. The slangs OMG and every time threatening of the job. Entire day there's Con call leaving you with no time to perform your task.

Con call from 7 am till 12 at night. No time left to perform your task after so many con calls. Threat from Top Leaders of taking away your job everyday. Slangs used by few Top Leaders to their subordinates.
