Good manager but salary is low there is growth in the company but it takes 4 years to became department manager with salary 20000 they are conducting exam once 6 months I have learned many things

Very Worst Work life balance. Need to available for 24*7 for company. Continuous phone calls and after work conference call leads mental worries. Company should change the work culture and allow employees to engage with family after working hours. Night time conference call upto night 10 pm. And morning conference call strts from 7 am is not acceptable.
