reliance jio fiber is fraud company. job security zero. work culture is moh maya there is no work culture. and there is no respect for employee.

one of the worst company ever. when i got offer letter from reliance jio, iwas happy but when i joined no one gave me training about the product and on 1st day my home lead manager said go to the field. and he dont have sense how to talk with the new joinee. home lead and JCM and regional head of mumbai all three dont have idea about the product. they always using abusive words for ujpm and hso. HR is also same if you called HR for some reason HR will shouting you and you get mail about the harassed to HR. important thing is they doing fraud with us in salary they commit us 5 lac per annum and we get only 450000 and when we go to the HR. That time HR will no pick our call. they also not gave travelling expenses. so please dont go for this company if you want to make your career bright....Read More

In past, working in Jio is my dream. In Covid19, they supported each employee.

Dislikes

There is no rules and regulations ( it's only on paper). Only politics and nepotism. Upper management doesn't cate about this, they only understand "aaj ka dhandha kya he ???". In lockdown only company is doing b2b is Jio without any safety precautions. Jio is only care about is "Dhandha". In past jio is my dream job but.....

Senior management treat you as a Slave, Early morning 5am you have to start your work, and you can logout after 11pm.. There is no work life balance, you can't take any leave or permission.. No work life balance- strict 9 hours of working (even 30 seconds delay) will mark you absent. It's not all people but only few people who makes it worse and if those few are from Top Leadership team then It's gone. The slangs OMG and every time threatening of the job. Entire day there's Con call leaving you with no time to perform your task.

Dislikes

Con call from 7 am till 12 at night. No time left to perform your task after so many con calls. Threat from Top Leaders of taking away your job everyday. Slangs used by few Top Leaders to their subordinates.
