No work life balance- strict 9 hours of working (even 30 seconds delay) will mark you absent. No leaves- you are expected to work on weekends as well and attend long meetings with unknowledgeable stakeholders and overconfident managers. Literally no learning. It's not all people but only few people who makes it worse and if those few are from Top Leadership team then It's gone. The slangs OMG and every time threatening of the job. Entire day there's Con call leaving you with no time to perform your task.

Dislikes

Con call from 7 am till 12 at night. No time left to perform your task after so many con calls. Threat from Top Leaders of taking away your job everyday. Slangs used by few Top Leaders to their subordinates.
