No doubt that the company reliance jio infocomm supporting us very well our salary and security of job had been continued since lockdown to till now. In this company my manager Mr. Nitish nirala treat us as a guardian he guide us to do better . Overall each and everything in this company is awesome job security great, work culture very learnable, management rude but teach us how to work and the most important company policies is awesome. The pressure of this job profile is horrible we are here as a deputy manager for service and sell from Jio point or Jio store but here manager have no issues from customer problem they only want sell and for sell he can go at any down level they have no issues if point will be fullday close but he only want sim selling. The pressureof this job is too high due to wrong management system and that is unexpected for me. I clearly understood that when we work for any company then company want profit but here is lil bit more pressure due to management system. Now-a-day my fullday pass under pressure and frustration last 2 month had too much horrible for me. I'm scared about myself where my life is going in 1,22,000 rupees CTC. I lost 2 mont my salary due to my performance balance....Read More
