Appraisal cycle is very bad. There is no fixed month or date on which the appraisal comes. Too much micro management is there. No work life balance. They just want to get the work finished no matter what the quality is.

Startup like culture, fast paced, new technologies, learning opportunity

Dislikes

Management is worst, there are no sick leaves. Working hours is is always 11+ and sometime 15 hrs. No WFH even if you are sick, HR's are to lazy to reply even though sometime for a month until and unless you add their senior in mail. No comp-off for extra hours and working on saturday sunday.

Employee Rating system is Bullsh** ... Even after serving 6+ Years with consistent performance as well as Activities completion before time , ratings get changed in backend without consulting Employee about it. The salary structure is pathetic. There is a orthodox hierarchical management which never things or their employees. The appraisals are very low and mostly based on office politics and favoritism and also the appraisals are very delayed like you get it around July or August.

The salary is very less. Whole upper management is filled with people from Mumbai only. At times, people abuse in the meetings as well leaving the professionalism behind. Work culture is at times toxic as well.
