This company is a shit. Once you work, you will come to know. There are good amount of fake reviews here and all of these reviews were given by the employees during their training days which is 15 days. HR will come and tell everyone to give reviews in platforms like ambition box, Glassdoor etc. Intially no one knows about the pathetic experience they have to go through after the training ends. So, most of us gives good reviews. I am still working in this company. The quality analyst gives ZTP and terminates people from their job if someone is not talking to her or if she feels so. Many people faced this. Lucky are those, who are able to survive.
2nd, as mentioned in one of the comment that they don't care whether you are sick and unable to come to office if you don't inform them prior to 2 days from the day of leave. Nothing will happen, but eventually you will get highlighted and the chances of ZTP will increase or you will get eventually get final warning.
3rd, they of 9 hours they will give 15*2 mins for tea breaks and 30 mins for lunch and there is so cafeteria. There is one pantry and forget about free lunch. We have to rush in tea break. Within 15 minutes we have to finish tea and washroom. So, literally no time gets left to take rest.
One has to take back to back calls without any break. If you get late during the breaks and if you want to extend to manage the login hours, you can but you have to listen from the TL about your salary and many more things.
The average rest period between the calls would be around 15 seconds
This is a shit company. They will also delay in incentives, overtime or quality bonuses. You will get the bonus(if any) after 2,3 months....Read More
