Great Chairman & CEO but company ethos are not translating downline. Good infrastructure in plant locations.
Worst HR team.Too much politics amongst senior executives. Rather than encouraging innovation and positive ideas by new joiners, change is dreaded by the senior oldtimers. Everything shall be done by Chairman attitude. Too much fear amongst frontline.
I was called to spearhead a new business verticle. However, too many layers were created after joining. I was not allowed to implement proven strategy worked by me in other organisations. Rather than me, external consultants were trusted.

Best thing about JSPL was freedom... You are allowed to do anything that help in plant operation or during project phase.... Jindal saab himself came to hostel 3 and chatted with us about our well being and it was not political he genuinely cared for us.. There's no overtime still I used to be in the plant after shift hours as I loved the people I loved the plant the management... In one of the meeting with HR i said I want to learn autocad as as-built dwg are required for record keeping. In 5 days 1 week training organised... I said during project that i wish to learn the scheduling software training arranged and delivered by HR...Everything was picture perfect. .I am talking about 2011-2015.. Be sure to clear out the variable part before joining. Lala companies like to steal a huge part of variable from the employees. Worst working culture and top management treat employees as their personal dogs. Dont respect the time of the employees. Moreover its a switch over organisation for max 2-3 years not more.
