Worst working culture and top management treat employees as their personal dogs. Dont respect the time of the employees. Moreover its a switch over organisation for max 2-3 years not more.

Nothing is here to be liked. Work pressure just ruined every one's life here. Manpower is very much less as per requirement. They see every possible way to deduct ones hard earned money. I will never recommend anyone to join this organisation.

Dust in township and plant both. TVP ,huge unwanted salary deduction. Micro management by owner directly. Huge fines.High working hours is culture.Abusive language is policy.Forced to work on weekly off day sometimes..
