Likes

It's one of the steel giant in India. So comparatively the work culture is far vetter than small steel industries.

Dislikes

Personal and financial growth is very low.

Work Details

Work life balance is little disturbed which is understood for operations guys.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
