1. There is lot lot more yet to be done in HR Admin domain in line with Other big Organizations like TATA, BIRLA, AGARWALs (Vedanta) 2. Food & Water quality in plant, Travel within Plant Premises must be looked upon by Management. 3. Company provides Salary to new joiners as per recruitees requirement, even higher than their expectation but do not balance out the lower paid existing employees who are associated with the company for not less than 10 years so better to join at top salary and leave timely other wise you will losse your valued with the time .

Dislikes

Here No one is Leader , all are bosses. No one cares about work life balance specially in Sales dept. You have to work on Sundays as well. Mentally pressure is also dominating. Company do not value the employees if they stays in the company for prolong period of time.

Company's culture is good, the management system is supportive and keenly focus on learning and development of employees. Work load is moderate and proper developed team supports the in employee's productivity.

Dislikes

Apart from supportive work culture, recognition process is week. Promotions & increment process are very poor. There is no job security, you would be unemployed without any notice.

One of the challenges of working at Jindal Stainless (JSL) is the extremely high work pressure. Every day, there are strict targets for the PR to PO process, and meeting them can be stressful. Managers often do not allow time to attend HR training, learning programs, or skill development sessions. Politics and oiling can improve your grade without any proper value addition to work. Work life balance is moderate but due to low manpower sometimes you have to attend duty on national holiday & week off. Very minimum leave can be approved from your superior due to low manpower.

Dislikes

Work culture and unnecessary burden on lower level while upper managerial positions are enjoying their free time.

Dislikes

Company is full desi/ lala company. No work time you have to work 24/7. Expect to work on holidays. No work life balance. Full politics . People on higher positions do not want to change the company culture. HR IS USELESS. DO NOT COME .
