1) It is an excellent company for a good starting job career. There are no boundaries for learning in any topic. 2) Always work planned and completed with safety. 3) Employees and HR management bonding is good as they always keep their promises. 4) Free internal and external trainings are provided beside the daily activities.

Politics and oiling can improve your grade without any proper value addition to work. Work life balance is moderate but due to low manpower sometimes you have to attend duty on national holiday & week off. Very minimum leave can be approved from your superior due to low manpower.
