This company not provide food in contract level staf . every lunch and dinner many employees go outside for taking food ... If this company allow to food in contract level staf . The employees easily get food .

Heads /HOD/ Teams leads (everybody's duty as leader spirit)are waste, not true Team leadership spirit, not care for existing team's good team member/employee, with right appraisal salary review of existing smart hard working more competent in every aspect (rich experience, higher education level with excellent grades etc)....take newly hired with higher package. Don't join in line 3 in nashik plant Operator here are manager n vise versa . Even manager satyam don't have much knowledge. He ask operator to control his line 😂 Even don't know how to execute monthly planning correctly . Shift schedule is just like a government advertisement which is pasted every Saturday on the walls but manager himself don't know who he gave him week off .
