I like innovative ideas used for teaching in the school.

Dislikes

No job security, salary and appraisals are not impartial, no work- life balance... work environment is very poor because of politics and back biting.

Work Details

Work is absolutely hectic but I know I can perform better under pressure. Some time the work becomes boring and un- useful when there is a lot of interference of others.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
