JILIT supported its manpower to maximum possible extent during the lockdown. The company kept its manpower, paid them and privide sufficient time and resources for maximum output.

Dislikes

Though i donot have any issue on this but fromnthe point if view of most, The company salary is generally paid towards the end of next month while it should be paid within 7the of next month.

Poor working culture Company provides leave, but managers not approved your leave. Emplyees are treared here as "Bandua Mazdoor"only. No skill growth No any job training to Emplyees The bosses are hyper with emplyees everytime and without any reason. No salary growth. No value of work and emplyees. Seniors love only who well play the politics.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
