There is no job security. Like 2 months ago they need firing. As they had no projects Many people are fired. If u want job security don't don't this company. They have hire and policy. If you have good Project u might learn new things depending on the project. But job security is not there. No skill training. Salary hike is very poor. No bonus. No celebrations. You have to work 8-9 hours.
