No career growth, No appreciation for work. In Pandemic everyone is working as WFH. From my personal experience, I was on a probation period. After my resignation, I had completed 1 month notice period. and submitted all the IT assets by courier by my hand the will not reimburse for the amount. after a month I asked for a salary, HR. said you have to wait more than 45 days. and after 48 days I received the salary credit msg and they deducted around 34000 from my salary. I asked the Hr. they said as our T&C you didn't complete one year, you have not come to the office in notice period and they give me the more worst explanations....Read More
