I love working with jetfleet because I have received all the benefits for which I have work hard.

Dislikes

Dislike is lot of work pressure some times we have to work round the clock hours but no one recognise. Some times my management don't trust us which hurts us a lot but we will take is as challenge do the work.

My work in jetfleet is to check the outstanding balance of each client's and follow up with them to clear the buckets on time and clearing the quiries raised by clients on time.

Likes

Working at Jetfleet was awesome experience, very good learning experiences. Sales Head Ms Sushma, Finance Head Mr Anil Katyal and Head HR Achintya Munshi are excellent peoples. They teach and reach very situations whenever is required. I also like the rehire policy

Dislikes

Inspite of working For 10 to 12 hrs. Achieving target for 180% no appreciation mail and went unnoticed. the New Branch Manager - Hyderabad and Business Head are worst people in the System they ill treated the subordinates and attrition rate was very bad during my tenure. Most of performer left the organisation increments are very pathetic across pan India

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
