Politics in every thing. UK colleagues takes complex and challenging work and give old upgrades and basic work to India teams. Appraisal is very poor, and managers speak rudely and very arrogant. Opportunities of promotions are very minimal and those promotions will only offered to people close with management. Environment is getting toxic.

Its basically a service based company in guise of gcc. Loads of micromanagement. They dont trust their employees. You dont really own your time, very difficult to create or have impactful work cuz of it. HR dont listen and enforce policy without taking in any inputs.
