Less growth and they spoil you with your comfort zone. You don't get a reason to explore the world beyond jet.

I have started my career in Jet as a Cargo service assistant. Seeing my talent over there our management decided to utilize my strength in terminal with the guests directly. The most challenging one for me was to join Reservations and Ticketing.

Well it’s long list, to start with Professionalism, Best airways, nice policies ,good salary,I was given opportunities to learn all allocation, incentives, adjustment in shifts to encounter work life balance,adequate training timely basis etc

Every company has some flaws ,so do my company , appraisal was not as per market standard, no pick up and drop policies for shifts

It was quite amazing journey with lots of learning every single day,dealing with irrate customer for various reason like luggage missing,late reporting, excess baggage ,dealing with high profile guest. Working closely with juniors ,seniors and mentors.
