Work culture is good. Meeting, greeting and attending to the needs of people is a great feeling. Travelling to different places and exploring is also a perk. Our work place becomes our home cause we make so many friends and it becomes fun to work together.

Dislikes

Shortage of crew for flights which makes it hectic to finish off duties during short flights. Tea/coffee service is actually of no use. Who needs to have a cup of tea during a 1 or 2 hour flight? It makes no sense. A juice offer or just a bottle of water should suffice a human being for such a short span of time. Insufficient rest between flights cause of FDTL, 2-3 hours of our rest goes in travelling back and forth itself. There needs to be a revision in FDTL.
