Jet airways working culture was quite relaxed at the same time motivating. The company never pressurized an individual to work against their will when the individual did not keep well, which is rarely seen in any private companies these days,which is why it was a family like to work with jet airways. Other than this we always worked as team on board the aircraft, which was another highlight, In term of innovation too it would constantly add new service, menu and destinations.. It provided quite good training and facilities and growth opportunities was also seen in the company. Jet airways always provided us with really good salary allowances and bonuses. Jet airways provided many perks to its employees like for instance an cabin attendant would get 108dollars as international layover allowance which no other Indian airline provides. Every year we received Diwali and seniority bonus for working in the company, we would also get transport reimbursement. Lastly our salary would get credited up-to Rs75,000 in the beginning of the month.
