Myself Dasjin Janardanan, was working in Bharat Aviation contract of Jet Airways as an aircraft technician in Line maintenance division. Jet airways experience have helped me to increase my career growth . I was having only one problem of my salary growth .

When I joined Bharat aviation contract of JET AIRWAYS as aircraft technician at 2015 December, my salary was 3800 /- . When Indian government has ordered minimum salary of 10000/- month, Bharat aviation contract of JET AIRWAYS, Has increased my salary to 10000/ month . And I have received this salary for only 6 month. I have resigned my job experience in Line maintenance division of contract jet airways on April 2018 . As Bengaluru was big city was expensive for my food , travel to airport, my uniform and shoes and rent a house , this 10000 / month would not be enough for my expense. This would be a suggestion. Jetairways ways is very professional company to work, from training to flying everything is excellent. Always salary on time till I was with jet and unlimited tickets to you and ur dependent’s.

The only problem is most of the time you not with family on festivals and occasions that’s the job demand and we have chosen that profession.

Salary was quite competitive, flights were regular for 6days and then get two days off. As we had a small team we all were pretty close in our base, so work environment was quite easy and fun.

Dislikes

Flights were too long, and changing flights were a bit difficult. Requests were not granted most times, but an effort was always made to help crew to maintain a smooth schedule.
