I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Likes

College provides Internships/trainings in B.Voc.courses which I personally was taking care of. It involves students in lot of co-curricular activities like NCC, NSS etc.and has many societies in which students may pursue their interests.

Dislikes

The regular faculty working in college boss around with wrong representation of facts/guidelines/rules especially for new courses whereas they themselves are not aware about a lot of things.
