Salary on time. As long as you work with them they are good after that nobody knows you inside the company.

No job security. Should give freshers equal and fair chance. And also understand the efforts of working employees. No rewards or bonus is given to employees on there good working behaviour.

I am enjoying working with Jeol India with happy learning and Updating my knowledge and skills. Hope I would like to spend my tenure here till my retirement.

Dislikes

No communication between Engineers and top level management (Japanese). They (Japanese) would like to have a single contact only with sales Director and service manager.
