Such a terrible customer support & Technician support. We have purchased a TV from Flipkart with Extended warranty. Recently we have faced an issue with the TV which is in Standby mode. We raised a complaint and it got transferred to Jeeves Consumer Services. We raised a complaint on 24th November, technician has made a false allegation that we were not available at home. After multiple calls & followups another technician visited our home and told us that CPU board has gone and it has to be replaced which will take 15 days of time. After multiple calls, they have arranged a little earlier, technician visited our home today mentioning board is fine the fault is with the back light.
