Only the benifits they given with the CTC because they give very less money.

The office environment is really toxic they only listen to the old senior members even if they are wrong . They interfere into your personal life and family life also which is not needed

Only thing that I am a little concerned about is that no such infiltration process while recruitment of candidates, esp. in sales profile which requires a lot of patience, perseverance and efforts.
