I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. If you want to read some genuine review take a look below. 1) You'll never know when company can terminate your job with any reason. Layoffs are permanent. 2) If you know politics and oiling to your team leads and management then you can sustain here. 3) If you're in Dipti Ranjan's team then you have to work all 7 days with no benefits though every benefit is present. So ask HR team about the team you're selected. 4) Management have some favorite employees who they are always biased and they'll never believe you if their favorites are doing anything wrong with you.
