Good work environment and cule. Teammates are supportive and mangement is trasnsparet. There is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company politics are good, appraisals ate fair and they good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There qa bond of 2 yearw before which you cannot resign. Or the job training is not given to new joinees.

The job is quit interesting! Struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

It's good company but some people are not good

All language are there ....in jeena it's job to Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Morning open warehouse, check mail and orders on emails, take printout and ask workers to pickup the material, then check the picking up.materials, then prepare invoice hand over to workers for packing this material in box, handover this boxes. C
